As a new mom, my postpartum fitness journey was anything but easy. I felt exhausted, lost and frustrated, both physically and mentally. I carried an extra 50 pounds for over a year after the birth of my twins.
After navigating through my own postpartum weight loss journey, I was inspired to help other moms become fit, stronger and lead a healthy lifestyle- without the diet mentality.
It's my passion to create simple and effective fitness programs that can easily fit into a moms busy schedule.
