As a new mom, my postpartum fitness journey was anything but easy. I struggled with diastasis recti and an umbilica hernia almost a year after the birth of my twins.
My mission is to help moms heal thier diastasis recti, ditch the postpartum belly and decrease back pain so you can feel stronger and more confident postpartum!
