Jackie is a mom just like you and understands the many challenges moms face with their health and fitness goals. With this one on one coaching, Jackie will work with you to create a customized plan to finally achieve your goals without spending hours in the gym or feeling deprived of the foods you enjoy.
Jackie believes the key to being a fit, healthy and happy mom is a balance of our physical, mental and emotional health.
This is why the SHE in 30 program includes bi-weekly coaching from nutritionists and mindset professionals to ensure long term success.
What’s included in the 1:1 program:
✔️ One, 45 minute 1:1 initial kick off session- customized assessment and plan
✔️ One, 30 minute weekly 1 on 1 coaching sessions via zoom with Jackie throughout the duration of your selected program.
✔️ Unlimited availability Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm via email for any questions or support.
✔️ Recipe Guide (includes over 50 meals created by a registered dietician and are 30 minutes or less to make) and will receive 7 NEW meals each month
✔️ Weekly meal plan and grocery list (printable)
✔️ Access to all at home online workouts (and printable workout calendar)
✔️ Kickstart your health and nutrition education manual
✔️ Private FB group for weekly coaching from Jackie as well as mindset & motivational coaches, nutritionist, etc.
