Doctor of Physical Therapy, mom of 3, Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and creator of Mama’s Core Connection.
Hey there! I’m Jackie -
A Physical Therapist whose passion for health and fitness changed to focusing on helping moms return to exercise postpartum after my first pregnancy (TWINS!). This pregnancy forever changed my body postpartum and mindset around exercise.
I understand first hand how difficult postpartum recovery truly is and returning to exercise after having a baby (or babies!) is not easy. It takes a special set of skills to safely and correctly re-strengthen your core and pelvic floor so that you do not injure yourself or make things such as prolapse, hernia or diastasis worse. As moms, we have very limited free time, which is why this online program can be done in the comfort of your own home and within 15-25 minutes a day.

- One 1:1 initial evaluation call ( 60 minutes)
- One 1:1 reassessment call at week 4 to update your plan (45 minutes)
-Four 30 minute 1:1 coaching calls
-One on one access to Jackie via email from 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday.
-Educational material on the core, diastasis, prolapse, leaking, posure and more!
-10 weeks of daily workouts on the platform (audio and written instructions)
-Tracker for measuring your diastasis recti, monitoring your pelvic floor symptoms and accountability calendar for the exercise regimen (all PDFs)
- At the end of the 10 weeks, Jackie will reassess your needs so you know what to focus on after the 8 week one-on-one program is complete.

FAQs:
Is there a refund? No, there is not a refund due to having access to all education materials and exercises upon purchasing. If you have any issues during your program, please email Jackie directly.
What equipment do I need? A mat, chair, theraband, theraloop, 18-24 inch foam roll, small yoga ball (8-9 inch in diameter) and pillow or towel roll.
How long will the exercises take? This program is designed with mamas in mind. Exercise regimen will take 15-25 minutes total.
How long do I have access to the program? 2 Years.
Will I see results? This program is designed to improve diastasis (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor dysfunction. However, no specific results can be 100% guaranteed. It may take longer than 10 weeks to improve your symptoms or issues. Everyone’s birth was different, therefore everyone's recovery postpartum will look different. Some take longer than others to heal depending on several factors that are out of my (and your) control.
