Is there a refund?   No, there is not a refund due to having access to all education materials and exercises upon purchasing.  If you have any issues during your 1:1 program, please email Jackie directly.  

What equipment do I need?  A mat, chair, theraband, 18-24 inch foam roll, small yoga ball (8-9 inch in diameter) and pillow or towel roll.  

How long will the exercises take?  This program is designed with mamas in mind.  Exercise regimen will take 15-25 minutes total.  

How long do I have access to the program? 1 Year.

Will I see results?  This program is designed to improve diastasis (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor dysfunction.  However, no specific results can be 100% guaranteed.  It may take longer than 8 weeks to improve your symptoms or issues.  Everyone’s birth was different, therefore everyone's recovery postpartum will look different.  Some take longer than others to heal depending on several factors that are out of my (and your) control.
