Over the years my passion has evolved into teaching busy women how to live a healthy lifestyle. After having three babies, including a set of twins, I struggled to lose the baby weight. I had no time for gym memberships and barely had time for myself. I knew that I needed something that worked. Therefore, over the past several years, I have been developing simple, fun and fat burning at-home workout programs.
I believe healthy living is not about excessive restrictions, but more about balance. Oh, and of course that includes a little chocolate and wine.
